A New Year, A New Collection — Straight from the Connecticut Shoreline
I’m so excited to share something that’s become a beloved annual tradition — my 2026 Art Calendar, now available for pre-order! Each year, I pour my heart into creating a collection that celebrates the places I love most here in Connecticut’s coastal communities, places that hold meaning not only for me but for so many who call this region home — or once did.
For many collectors, this calendar is more than just dates on a wall — it’s a visual connection to home. I often hear from people who grew up along the shoreline and have since moved away, telling me how these paintings bring back memories of summer days, salt air, and small-town charm. That’s why I’m thrilled to offer this year’s calendar once again — printed in a limited edition and available while supplies last.
Painting the Places That Feel Like Home
Each page of the 2026 calendar captures a different scene from life along the Connecticut shoreline — places where I’ve spent countless hours painting outdoors (en plein air), often with my husband Dean nearby, fishing as the sun sets. These are just a few of the special places featured this year:
- Stony Creek, Branford – A hidden gem that captured my heart from the moment Dean first brought me there in 2016. Known for its rose quartz quarries and breathtaking sunsets, the rocks and Thimble Islands often glow with a soft, rose-gold light that’s irresistible to paint.
- Guilford Marina – A lively waterfront where boaters, fishermen, and diners gather. I love setting up my easel here while Dean fishes nearby, capturing the warm glow of sunset as it reflects off the harbor waters.
- Madison East River – A tucked-away launch where few people venture, bordered by marshland and home to iconic Connecticut views. I especially love painting the evening light looking toward Guilford, with sailboats drifting past the little hut on Grass Island.
- Old Saybrook – Each year, I’ve been blessed to join fellow painters at Griswold Point, a private area offering serene views of the Connecticut River meeting the Sound. From there, you can see Old Saybrook across the water — a timeless New England vista.
These locations — along with a few more coastal treasures — are woven into the pages of this year’s calendar, creating a visual journey through the seasons of Connecticut’s shoreline.

A Calendar That’s More Than a Calendar
The 2026 Art Calendar isn’t just a way to keep track of the year — it’s a curated collection of original artwork you can enjoy all year long. Each page is printed on high-quality heavyweight card stock and can be cut and framed once the year is over, turning the calendar into a gallery of fine art for your home.
This year’s edition includes works such as Golden Radiance over Stony Creek Harbor (2018), Sunset at Guilford Marina (2021), Breezy Day at Griswold Point (2018), and Tides Are Changing (2020) — all original paintings inspired by real moments and places that continue to inspire my work
